Write to her directly: who you’re meeting, roughly when, and how to reach them — emails or phone numbers. She takes it from there.

A meeting needs to move? Add Uta as a guest on the calendar event and she rallies everyone around a new time.

Is it really free?
Really. No account, no card and — despite the name — no catch. If you find yourself wanting the rest of your admin handled too, that's what Catch, the full assistant, is for.
What does Uta see?
Only the thread you put her on. She reads it to work out who's meeting and when — no inbox access, nothing you didn't send her, and she only ever writes about the scheduling at hand. What's yours stays yours.
Will she spam the thread?
No — that’s the problem she exists to end. Uta works each person one-on-one, by email or text, and replies to the whole thread only when there’s something worth announcing: the settled time, invite attached.
How do I stop it?
Reply "stop" and Uta bows out of the thread immediately. Or simply leave her off the CC next time — she only joins conversations she's invited to.
Do the other people need anything?
No. Everyone else just replies to email like they always do — or by text, if they'd rather share a number. No signups, no downloads, nothing to join.
