A CRM Holds the Context. It Won’t Lift a Finger.

Your team didn’t stand up Attio so you could spend your evenings keeping it tidy. But that’s the deal with any CRM: it holds the relationships beautifully - the people, the companies, the deals, the notes that explain who matters and why - and then it waits. It waits for you to read it, update it, and remember the follow-up nobody logged.

I’m Nir Sabato, co-founder and CEO of Catch. We built Catch to be the Admin Savior - an AI executive assistant that takes the end-to-end admin off your plate. Connect Attio, and Catch works your CRM the way a sharp chief of staff would: it pulls the right record before a call, logs the note after it, and keeps people and deals current - without you ever opening the app.

What Catch Does in Your Attio CRM

Catch connects through Attio’s official API and works on top of your CRM, not instead of it. Attio stays exactly as your team set it up - Catch is just the layer that finally does the reading and the upkeep for you.

Look upFind people, companies, and records, and read the recent notes - so Catch can answer "who's our contact at Acme, and where did we leave it?" without you touching the app.
Bring context inWhen Catch preps you for a meeting, it folds in the matching Attio record and history - so you walk in knowing the relationship, not just the calendar invite.
Keep it currentLog notes, capture follow-ups, and update records after a call or email - the upkeep that always slips - so the CRM reflects what actually happened.

And because Catch reaches you wherever you already are - Slack, text, iMessage, or a phone call - you don’t have to be in Attio to get anything out of it. Ask “what’s the latest with Acme?” from your phone and Catch pulls the record, the recent notes, and the open threads, then answers in plain language.

How to Connect Attio to Catch

Connecting happens right in your chat with Catch and takes about a minute. There are no API keys to copy and paste - you authorize Catch from Attio’s own screen.

  1. Start with CatchNo account yet? Sign up at app.catchagent.ai and connect your calendar to get going.
  2. Ask Catch to connect AttioMessage it on any channel - "Connect my Attio CRM." Catch sets up the integration and sends back a secure connection link.
  3. Authorize on AttioOpen the link and you're taken to Attio's own authorization screen. Review the access, click Allow, and you're redirected back - connected. Catch never sees your password.
  4. Put it to workTry "Show me the latest on Acme in Attio" or "Log a note on Dana that we'll follow up next week," and Catch takes it from there.

Authentication

Catch authenticates to Attio with OAuth 2.0 - the standard “Authorize” flow you already know from connecting any trusted app. You grant access from Attio’s own consent screen, so Catch never sees or stores your Attio password.

  • You authorize from Attio. At connect time you’re sent to Attio’s authorization page, where you review the access being requested and approve it. Nothing is shared with Catch until you click Allow.
  • Tokens, not passwords. Catch receives an access token (and a refresh token to keep the connection alive) scoped to what you approved. They’re encrypted at rest with AWS KMS and never written to logs.
  • Revoke anytime. Remove Catch from your connected apps in Attio’s settings, or just ask Catch to disconnect. Either one revokes access immediately.

You Stay in Control of Every Write

Reading your CRM is one thing; changing it is another, and Catch treats them differently. Actions that write to Attio - logging a note, updating a record - run through Catch’s approval model, so it checks with you before it makes a change where your sign-off matters. You get an assistant that keeps the CRM current, without giving up control over what lands in it.

Catch is built for executives, which means it’s built around the questions their teams ask before connecting anything to a system of record. Catch is SOC 2 Type II certified (audited by EY) and a Google Verified App that passed CASA Tier 2 review. It’s hosted in the US, runs on proprietary models, and does not use your data to train third-party models.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Catch connect to Attio?

Through Attio’s official API, authorized with OAuth 2.0. You approve access from Attio’s own consent screen during setup - no API keys to copy - and Catch stores the resulting tokens encrypted at rest with AWS KMS.

Do I share my Attio password with Catch?

No. OAuth means you authorize Catch from Attio’s own screen and Catch only ever receives a scoped token. Your password never touches Catch.

Do I need to be an Attio admin to connect it?

You need permission to authorize a third-party app in your Attio workspace. If your workspace restricts that, ask whoever administers Attio to approve the connection.

What can Catch actually do in my Attio CRM?

It can look up people and companies, read records and notes, bring CRM context into your meeting prep, and keep records current by logging notes and updates. Changes that need your sign-off go through Catch’s approval step first.

Is my Attio data secure with Catch?

Yes. Catch is SOC 2 Type II certified (audited by EY) and a Google Verified App that passed CASA Tier 2 review. Your data is hosted in the US and never used to train third-party models, and your Attio tokens are KMS-encrypted at rest and never logged.

How do I disconnect Attio?

Remove Catch from your connected apps in Attio’s settings, or ask Catch to disconnect. Either one revokes access right away.

How much does the Attio integration cost?

It’s included. Catch is a flat $99 per month - no credits, no usage tiers, no per-integration fees - and there’s a 7-day free trial, so you can connect Attio and watch it work before you pay anything.
